基于职业能力培养的高职《电机与电气控制》教学改革

Teaching Reform of"Motor and Electric Control"in High Vocational Colleges Based on the Professional Ability Training

基于职业能力培养的课程改革是高职院校教学改革的基本出发点,针对《电机与电气控制》课程教学现状和存在的主要问题,提出了教学改革的必要性,从课程核心能力培养、学习能力培养、职业素养养成、社会能力培养等方面探讨了进行基于职业能力培养的《电机与电气控制》课程教学改革措施。

Curriculum reform Based on the professional ability training is the basic starting point of the teaching re- form in higher vocational colleges. For the main problems existing in the present situation and the course teaching of 《motor and the electrical control》,the necessity of teaching reform are put forward. Based on the professional ability training,the measures of the curriculum teaching reform of 《motor and electric control》 are discussed from the cultiva- tion of core ability and learning ability,the development of professional literacy and social ability,etc.
