Under the premise and background of the current economic transformation,it is an important problemthat how to carry out scientific research work and strengthen the construction and training of talents in higher vocationalcolleges. In this paper, the current research and analysis of the application of scientific research personnel in higher voca-tional colleges,the necessity and importance of personnel training are discussed,and put forward the new training pro-grams and countermeasures.
