地方高校学前教育本科专业培养模式的实施现状分析——以湖北师范大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会发展的需要,传统的幼儿师范专科学校毕业的幼师已经无法达到社会对于高素质、高学历幼儿教师的需求标准,而本科层次的幼师具备相对较高的专业和文化素养,有望作为我国幼儿教育的"主力军"。伴随着高等教育内部结构的调整,我国高等师范院校本科学前教育专业的人才培养模式正在不断地进行变革与完善,其中诸多方面也都存在一些问题。本文主要以湖北师范为例,对该校学前教育专业的培养目标、课程设置、教学实施及学生择业进行分析,为完善学前教育专业培养模式提出相关建议。 With the needs of the development of society,the traditional infant normal school graduate teachers havebeen unable to achieve the social standard to the demand of high quality,highly educated preschool teachers,and teachersof undergraduate level have relatively high level ofprofessionai and cultural quality,is expected to as the "main force" ofpreschool education in our country.With the adjustment of the internal structure of higher education,China's higherpedagogical colleges and universities of undergraduate preschool education professional personnel training mode is con-stant change and improvement,which also has some problems in many respects.This paper mainly takes Hubei normaluniversity as an example,containing the training objectives,curriculum,teaching implementation and choosing occupa-tions are analyzed.In order to perfect the Hubei Normal University preschool education professional training,this paperputs forward relevant proposals,which has a certain reference meaning to the similar colleges.
