摘要
分析了随着移动互联与大数据时代的到来,EMBA教育的人才培养目标从培养"经营型企业家"向培养"创业型企业家"转变。基于培养目标的变化,探讨了EMBA学生学习模式的转变,从整合式课程体系、教学设计和教学团队建设等方面研究了基于探索式学习的EMBA创新领导力的培养。
Analyzing the goal of EMBA education has changed a lot with the coming of Big data and Intemet.According to the changed goal of EMBA education,we studied the change of students＇ learning pattern.Focus onintegrated courses ,the design of teaching and faculty,some advices are given to improve EMBA innovative leadershipdevelopment based on exploratory learning.
