应用型高校实践教学创新生态系统的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Innovation Ecosystem of Practical Teaching in Application Colleges and Universities

本文剖析了应用型高校实践教学的内涵,从系统论、生态理论角度认识应用型高校实践教学创新系统的整体性。应用型高校实践教学创新生态系统的结构主体是学校、教师、学生和企业。实践教学创新生态系统的支撑要素体现在制度、教学资源、能力发展和效益。制度创新、教学资源创新、能力发展和效益创新是实践教学创新生态系统的可持续性和不断演化的推动力。

Connotation of practical teaching in application oriented colleges was analysized in this study,and thepractical teaching innovation system was recognized from the perspective of system theory and ecological theory.Practiceteaching should be considered as a ecosystem which mainly include four aspects：school,teachers,students and enterprises.The innovation ecosystem of practical teaching relies on the insititution,the teaching resources,the abiliW developmentand the benefit to ensure the operation of the system.Institutional innovation,innovation of teaching resources,develop-ment ofabiliW and efficiency of innovation are the driving force for the sustainable development of the practice teachinginnovation ecosystem.
