忻州市花背蟾蜍两性异形的研究

The sexual dimorphism of Bufo raddei in Xinzhou

2015年6-7月份,在忻州市采集花背蟾蜍60只,(19♀、41♂),分别对其体长、头长、足长、上眼睑宽等14项形态指标进行测量。统计结果表明,从t检验得出,花背蟾蜍的体长、体重与性别差异不明显;从以体长为协变量的协方差分析得出,花背蟾蜍的前臂长、眼间距、胫长、后肢全长、足长与性别显著相关,均是雄性大于雌性,表明雄性的四肢更为发达;一元线性回归得出,蟾蜍的前臂长、后肢全长、足长随体长的增长速率两性差异不明显,花背蟾蜍的胫长、眼间距随体长的增长速率雄性大于雌性。

From June to July in 2015,the acquisition ofBufo raddei in Xinzhou up to 60 （female 19,41 males）,re-spectively on the length of the body,long head,foot length,upper eyelid width 14 morphological index were measuredusing statistical analysis methods of amphoteric morphological characteristics were analyzed.The ＂results showed that thebody length,body weight and sex were not significantly different from the tetest;From in body length as a covariate co-variance analysis,the forearm length,eye spacing,tibia length,hind limb length,foot length and gender ofBufo raddei weresignificantly correlated with each other,were males more than females,suggesting that males limbs is more developed;AYuan linear regression, the forearm length,hind limb length,foot length and body length ofBufo raddei growth rate dif-ferences between the sexes was not obvious,its tibia length,eye distance with the body length growth rate of male thanfemale.
