摘要
目的:探讨CBL(case-based learning)教学发在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训的教学效果。方法:将36名在风湿免疫科轮转的住院医师随机分为CBL教学组和传统带教组,经1个月的临床轮转后,以系统性红斑狼疮为基础病例,对2组同学病史采集、病历书写、病历分析、专业理论、专业操作、与患者沟通能力6方面进行入、出科评价(主观题)和考试分值(客观题)比较。结果:CBL教学组无论主观题还是客观题的评分均显著高于传统带教组。结论:在风湿科住院医师规范化培训中恰当引入CBL教学法,有助于提高住院医师的临床思维能力及诊疗、医患沟通能力。
Objective To explore the effects of CBL in resident training of rheumatology. Methods Residents wererandomly enrolled into control group and CBL group. Results Based on systemic lupus erythematosus cases, CBL groupwas effective in improving the knowledge of SLE,ability of clinical practice and team work. The mean score of CBLgroup was significantly higher than the traditional study group (p〈0.05). Conclusion CBL could improve the learningeffects of residents in rheumatology.
