摘要
笔者从几年的"微电子工艺"教学实践中提出了7点关于课堂教学改革方法:布置思考问题,引导学生预习;板书与多媒体教学相结合;现场小实验和实物展示;播放实地拍摄的录像;理论计算与工艺模拟相结合;专题讨论以及安排综合训练任务。通过一系列的改革措施,学生对这门课程从理论到实践都具有比较深刻的认识。
Based on the teaching practice in "microelectronic process" for a few years,the author puts forward seven reform measures about classroom teaching,namely:guiding students to preview by giving them questions to think; combination of blackboard-writing and nmltimedia teaching;displaying the small field experiments and real objects; playing the video on the spot;combination of the theoretical calculation and process simulation;discussions and assigning comprehensive training tasks. Through this series of reform measures,students have a more profound understanding for this course from theory to practice.
