摘要 高校学生教育管理的工作模式一般有"抓两头,带中间"和"抓中间,促两头"两种模式,这两种模式各有利弊。要充分发挥两种模式的优势,克服两种模式的弊端,因时因事合理采用适当的模式。为扬长避短,应该不拘泥于某种模式,而是要以辩证统一的观点把两种模式有机结合起来运用,以期获得大学生教育管理的良好实效。 Work pattern in college students' education and management generally has two .modes:"grasping the two ends,promote the middle",and "grasping the middle,promote the two ends",both of which have their own advantages and disadvantages. We should give full play to the advantages of these two modes,overcome their disadvantages,and adopt the appropriate one according to actual situations. To play to the strengths and bypass weaknesses,we should avoid rigidly adhering to a certain mode,but rather combine the two modes in dialectical unity,so as to more effectively edu- cate and manage college students.
