在农业现代化进程中,美国逐渐建构了一套以州立大学为主导的农业科技服务体系,这一成熟的体系可以概括为:三方合作、三大法案、三路财源、三级联合与三位一体,即有效合作的三大行动主体,围绕这三大行动主体,特别是州立大学,建立了完善的法律保障、多元的经费来源、健全的组织制度与合理高效的运行机制。这一典范模式对中国建构以高等农业院校为主导的农业科技服务体系具有重要的借鉴与启示意义。

In the process of agricultural modernization,the United States has constructed the a leading agricultural science and technology service system by the State University,the mature system is summarized as,the tripartite coopera- tion,three bills,three sources,three combined with the Trinity,namely effective cooperation of the three body around the action subject,especially the State University,establish the perfect legal protection,multiple sources of funding,a sound organizational system and a rational and e^cient operation mechanism. This classic model has an important reference for the construction of agricultural science and technology service system,which is dominated by the agricultural university in China.
