现阶段辅导员工作遇到的困难及对策

Difficulties in Counselor's Work at the Present Stage and the Countermeasures

高校辅导员是高等院校进行学生管理工作的坚实主力,负责对学生施以思想政治教育和日常教育管理。然而,随着时代的发展和高校的扩招,使得辅导员工作遇到诸多困难亟需解决,本文拟对目前辅导员工作中遇到的困难以及原因进行分析,从而提出相应的对策,以期提高辅导员工作的质量和效率。

University counselors are the core force of student management in colleges and universities,which undertakes the dual task of ideological ＆ political education and management of students. However,with the development of the times and the enrollment expansion in higher education,counselor＇s work is confronted with many difficulties that need to be addressed urgently. This paper analyzes the difficulties in counselor＇s work at present and the causes thereof, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,with a view to improving the quality and efficiency of counselor＇s work.
