基于职业能力培养的高职宠物护理与美容专业实践教学改革探析

随着我国宠物经济的快速发展,社会对宠物护理人才的需求在急剧上升。本文以江苏农牧科技职业学院宠物护理与美容专业为例,从社会、企业、学校和学生的根本利益着眼,以职业能力培养为主线,通过加强校企深度融合、提升教师实践技能、重构教学内容体系和有效激励学生学习,寻求本专业实践教学改革的突破点,促进学生职业能力的全面提升。

with the rapid development of China＇s pet economy,a sharp rise in demand for talents. Taking Jiangsu Agri-Animal Husbandry Vocational College pet care and beauty professionals,from the community,businesses,schools and students focus on the fundamental interests,and the occupation ability as a main line,the paper gives the depth of in- tegration by strengthening schools and enterprises,enhancing the teachers＇ practical skills,the reconstruction teaching content system and effectively motivate students to learn,to seek the professional practice of teaching reform break- through,promoting the students＇ professional abilities.
