摘要
中职学校在培养学前教育人才方面还存在一定的不足,比如学前幼儿教师专业理论知识不够、教学实践经验缺乏、专业技能差,不能很好地满足用人单位对人才质量的需求。本课题主要以我校(玉林市第一职业中等专业学校)为研究背景,针对学前教育课程设置存在的问题,分析课程设置对学前教育质量的影响,从而提出基于能力培养的学前教育课程体系构建及课程实践的策略,以期对中职学前教育课程设置与实践起到一定的借鉴作用。
Secondary vocational schools in preschool education still exist some shortcomings,such as preschool teachers professional theoretical knowledge is not enough,lack of teaching experience and professional skill difference, not well meet employer demand for talent quality. This topic mainly in my school CYulin City,the first vocational tech- nical secondary school) as the research background,for education to establish the existence of the problem,analyzes the course settings to influence on the quality of preschool education,and then puts forward the strategy based on ability training of preschool education curriculum system construction and practice of curriculum,in order of pre vocational education curriculum and the practice to a certain reference.
