摘要
目的观察舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者心率变异性(HRV)特征,分析HRV与左室舒张功能不全评估指标的相关性。方法回顾性分析舒张性心力衰竭患者68例,另外选取32例非心脏病患者为对照组,采用中国美高仪12通道Holter分析系统记录所有患者的HRV时域。结果舒张性心力衰竭组HRV减低,且HRV随心功能下降而下降,女性HRV较男性更低,E/E'与PNN50,RMSSD呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论舒张性心力衰竭患者存在自主神经功能减退,HRV与心功能相关,可作为左心室舒张功能不全的评估指标。
Objective To observe the characteristics of heart rate variability（HRV） in patients with diastolic heart failure（DHF）, and to analyze the correlation between HRV and the indexes of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Methods A retrospective analysis of diastolic heart failure patients 68 cases, in addition to select 32 cases of non heart disease patients as the control group. Results DHF groups had lower HRV indexs, and HRV index of women was lower than that of men in DHF group, PNN50, RMSSD with E/E＇, showed a negative correlation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are damages to autonomic nervous function in DHF, NYHA was worse, the values of HRV were lower. HRV can be used as an index to evaluate left vertricular diastolic function.
