摘要
代谢综合征(Met S)是一组复杂的代谢障碍疾病,直接增加患心血管动脉粥样硬化与2-型糖尿病的风险。目前,对Met S有很多不同的定义,除了传统上用来定义Met S的因素外,已确定了其他诸多因素与Met S有关。Met S对全球健康问题的长远影响值得关注。本文讨论了建立Met S明确标准的重要性,并分析目前存在的有关Met S的争议问题。
Metabolic syndrome （MetS） is a complex set of metabolic disorders that increase the risk of cardiovascular atherosclerotic diseases and type 2 diabetes mellitus.In addition to traditional definition,there are many different defini- tions of MetS.A lot of factors have been identified and associated with the syndrome.The impact of MetS on global health issues should be concerned.In this review,writers discussed the importance of establishing clear criteria for MetS and analyzed the existing controversy.
