摘要
目的探讨后像综合治疗法治疗弱视的的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年9月-2015年9月收治的弱视患者178例220只眼，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组。对照组69例88只眼，治疗组109例132只眼。采用常规弱视治疗方案对对照组患者实施治疗；在对照组治疗方法基础上采用后像综合治疗法对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比两组患者的临床效果、视力水平恢复正常时间、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的临床效果明显优于对照组，患者视力水平恢复正常时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论后像综合治疗法治疗弱视的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of after image comprehensive therapy treating amblyopia .Methods 178 cases with amblyopia （220 eyes） treated by our hospital from September 2012 to September 2015 were selected and they were divided into control group （69 eases,88 eyes） and treatment group （109 cases,132 eyes）.Patients in control group were treated by conventional amblyopia treatment while patients in treatment group were treated by after image comprehensive therapy on the basis of control group treatment.Clinical effect,the time of visual acuity level return to normal and incidence of adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively.Results The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group,the time of visual acuity level return to normal in treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect of after image comprehensive therapy treating amhlyopia is very obvious.
