“天使服务”评比活动促优质护理长效机制的实践与效果

Practice and effect of "angel service" rating activity to promote the longterm effective mechanism of high quality nursing

目的探索建立优质护理服务长效机制的有效途径。方法 2015年5月,在我院所有开展"优质护理服务"的31个护理单元进行"天使服务"评比活动,采用自身历史对照的方法 ,分为对照组和试验组,对活动前后护理质量、护理服务规范正确执行情况、患者对护理人员工作满意度情况进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,试验组护理质量、护理服务规范正确执行率、患者对护理人员工作满意度均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"天使服务"评比活动可促进优质护理服务和质量的长效机制。

Objective To explore the effective way to establish a long-term effective mechanism of high quality nursing service.Methods ＂Angel service＂ rating activity was conducted in all 31 nursing units carrying out ＂ high quality nurs- ing service ＂ in our hospital in May 2015.By using their own historical control method,they were divided into control group and test group.Nursing quality,the correct implementation of nursing service standard and satisfaction degree of patients to job of nursing staff before and after activity was given statistical analysis.Results Compared with control group,the nursing quality,the rate of the correct implementation of nursing service standard and the satisfaction degree of patients to job of nursing staff were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Angel service＂ rating activity can promote the long-term effective mechanism of high quality nursing.
