护理干预对糖尿病患者实施血管多普勒检查依从性的影响研究

The effect of vascular doppler compliance of nursing intervention for patients with diabetes

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病患者实施血管多普勒检查依从性的影响。方法选择2013年2月-2015年9月本院收治的糖尿病合并明确下肢血管病变患者80例，随机分为两组，各40例，观察组实施本组综合护理，对照组实施常规护理．比较两组治疗依从性，腓总神经运动及感觉神经传导速度．干预后焦虑、抑郁情况及出院时护理满意度。结果观察组治疗总依从性为97．5％，显著高于对照组的75．0％（P〈0．01），观察组腓总神经运动神经传导速度快于对照组（P〈0．01），感觉神经传导速度同样快于对照组（P〈0．01），干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论综合护理干预能有效提高糖尿病实施下肢血管多普勒检查的依从性，减轻患者心理压力，提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of vascular doppler compliance of nursing intervention for patients with diabetes.Methods 80 patients from February 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital with diabetic of lower extremity vascular lesions clear were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 csaes in each groups,the observation group was implemented with comprehensive nursing,the control group was implemented routine care,then treatment adherence,common peroneal nerve motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity,anxiety and depression after intervention situations and discharge nursing satisfaction and common peroneal nerve motor of two group were compared.Results The total compliance in the observation group was 97.5%,it was significantly higher than 75.0% of control group （P〈0.01）, the peroneal nerve motor nerve conduction velocity in the observation group was faster than that of control group （P〈 0.01）,sensory nerve conduction velocity in the observation group was faster than that of control group （P〈0.01）,after the intervention,anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）,the satisfaction in the Observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve diabetes embodiment of lower extremity vascular doppler compliance,and it can reduce the psychological stress of patients,so it can improve clinical outcomes.
