马尾松松粉主要营养成分及微量元素株间差异性分析

Variation Analysis of Primary Nutrients and Trace Elements in Pine Pollen From Pinus massoniana

为了解贵州马尾松松花粉不同单株的质量差异,本文通过分析同一地区不同单株马尾松松花粉的营养成分含量和微量元素,初步确定贵州同一种植地区马尾松松花粉株间的差异性,并以该地区变异单株红松粉作为参照。结果表明:马尾松松花粉株间主要营养成分有一定差异性,但灰分、蛋白质等指标均符合松花粉全国行业标准;在微量元素方面,松花粉Mn元素含量最高,且与其他5种元素差异显著;研究还表明红粉变异单株具有疏解Mn、K,聚集Cu元素谱征。该研究结果可以初步断定,不同单株马尾松松粉营养成分和微量元素具有一定限度的差异性。

In order to know the difference in quality between ˊPinus massonianaˊ plants, the primary nutrients and trace elements in Pinus massoniana from different plants was analyzed and evaluated, the results showed that there is diversity, while the ash and protein accord with occupation standard; Mn element is higher than other five elements obviously. Cu element is higher in the red pine pollen than other pine pollen, meanwhile Mn and K is lower. Final-ly the study can be used as a reference for pine pollen processing enterprises.
