摘要
为了有效地利用蛹虫草培养基中的虫草多糖,通过实验进行了系统的比较与验证,得出最佳的提取工艺条件为:提取温度90℃,提取次数4次,提取时间60min,提取料液比1∶10,在此条件下虫草多糖的提取率可达到3.84%。
In order to effectively use the medium of cordyceps militaris polysaccharide , this thesis carry out a sys-tematic comparison and verification through experiments and come to the best extraction conditions： extraction tem-perature 90℃, extracted times 4, the number of extraction time 60min, extraction ratio of material to liquid 1：10. Cordyceps polysaccharide extraction rate of 3.84% can be achieved.
