乳酸菌可在人体肠道中定殖,其保健作用已经得到社会各界的广泛认同,我国乳酸菌研发与发达国家相比有一定差距,近几年我国专家通过多种途经分离提取出耐酸耐碱的乳酸菌菌株,建立自主产权的乳酸菌库。目前乳酸菌开始在临床上进行应用,主要用于治疗菌群紊乱引起的便秘腹泻、术后肠道紊乱患者肠道菌群的重建及细菌性阴道炎等,近年还发现,乳酸菌对肿瘤、新生儿黄疸等的辅助治疗有较好效果,为乳酸菌的临床应用开辟了更广的道路。

The health care function of the lactic acid bacteria colonized in the intestine has been widely recognized in all sectors of society. As a matter of fact, the research and development of lactic acid bacteria in our country still has a long way to catch up with developed countries. In recent years , domestic experts have separated acid and alkali resistant strains of lactic acid bacteria through ways of separation and extraction , and have established independent property rights of lactic acid bacteria bank. Right now, the clinical application of lactic acid bacteria is initiated, which are mainly used in the treatment of bacterial flora disturbance caused by constipation, diarrhea, the reconstruction of the postoperative intestinal disorders in patients with intestinal flora , and bacterial vaginosis. And also the lactic acid bacteria show a great effect in the treatment of cancer and neonatal jaundice , which will open up a broad way for the clinical application of lactic acid bacteria.
