薄基岩厚煤层立井冻结掘砌施工 被引量:1

摘要 新河煤矿新建副立井直径6.5m,井深303.8m,冲积层厚218.2m。冲积层中含4层流砂,总厚度23.93m。井筒穿过10 m厚的煤层,煤层上覆含水丰富的7.52 m厚砾石层,给冻结、掘砌施工带来很大难度。井筒通过该特殊地段施工中,采用注浆、井圈与"管棚"相结合的方式,确保了支护安全,对类似地层井筒冻结及掘砌施工有借鉴意义。 A new mine auxiliary shaft of Xinhe Mine had a diameter of 6.5m,a shaft depth of 303.8m and an alluvium with a thickness of 218.2m.In the alluvium,there were 4quick sand layers with a total thickness of 23.93 m.The mine shaft passed through a seam with a thickness of 10 m.Above the seam,there was a watery gravel layer with a thickness of 7.52 m,which would cause big difficulty to the freezing,excavation and lining construction.In this special section construction of the mine shaft,a grouting,shaft steel loop and"pipe shield"combined method was applied to ensure the support safety and could have the reference significances to the freezing,excavation and lining construction of the mine shaft in a similar strata.
