摘要
新研发的高流动性矿井充填材料,以粉煤灰为主要成分,添加10%的特殊辅料,具有流动性好、接顶率高、成本低、充填工艺简单等特点。对这种高流动性充填材料的粘度、凝结时间、抗压强度、尺寸效应、渗透性、碳化等性能进行了试验研究,得到该材料各主要性能参数的变化规律,为现场应用提供了科学依据。
A new developed mine high flowability backfill material with the fly ash as the principal component and with 10% special auxiliary material would have a good flowability,high roof contact rate,low cost,simple backfill technique and other features.A test study was conducted on the viscosity,setting time,compressive strength,dimension effect,permeability,carbonization and other performances of the high flowability backfill material.Each principal performance parameter variation law of the material was obtained and could provide the scientific basis to the site application.
