摘要
余吾煤业公司南风井+400m水平南翼轨道大巷为直墙半圆拱形断面,掘进宽度5.8m,掘进高度5.42m,掘进断面27.8m2。巷道南侧段长1 400m,采用BTRK1型凿岩台车打眼、P-120B型耙斗装岩机装岩、DSJ-100型带式输送机运输的钻装运机械化作业线施工,月单进水平稳定在100 m以上,实现了快速施工;同时减少了现场操作人员,减轻了劳动强度,提高了施工安全性,人员工效提高40%以上。通过在施工中不断提高凿岩台车、耙斗装岩机司机操作水平;不断加强机电设备保养,提高开机率;不断优化施工组织,搞好工序衔接,岩巷掘进单进水平还有很大的潜力可以挖掘。
A +400m level south wing track roadway in Mine South Ventilation Shaft of Yuwu Coal Industry Company had a vertical sidewall and semicircle arch cross section,a heading width of 5.8m,a heading height of 5.42 mand a heading cross section of 27.8m^2.The south side section length of the roadway was 1 400 m.The roadway was constructed with a drilling,loading and transportation mechanized operation line,including a BTRK1 mode rock drilling jumbo for the rock drilling,a P-120 Bmode scraper type rock loader for the rock loading and a DSJ-100 mode belt conveyor for the rock conveying.The month heading rate of the roadway was stabilized over 100 mand thus a rapid construction was realized.Meanwhile the site operation personnel were reduced,the labor intensity was reduced,the construction safety was improved and the work efficiency of the miners was improved over 40%.During the construction period,the driver operation level of the rock drilling jumbo and the scraper type rock loader was continuously improved.The maintenances of the electromechanical equipments were continuously enhanced and the operation rate was improved.The construction organization was continuously optimized,the working procedure linking up was well conducted and thus the heading level of the rock roadway would have a high potential to be developed.
