矿建施工企业综掘机使用存在的问题及对策

Existed Problems and Countermeasures of Fully Mechanized Roadheader in Mine Construction Enterprises

矿建施工单位工作地点分散,综掘机工作条件差异很大,影响掘进进尺的因素较多,对施工项目经济效益有很大影响。对中煤第五建设有限公司9个项目部机掘项目进行了跟踪调研,对综掘机截齿损耗、主要部件和材料消耗、液压油消耗、掘进进尺等数据作了分析,找出了综掘机使用中存在的主要问题,分析了问题产生原因,提出了改进途径。

The working locations of a mine construction unit were dispersed.The differences of the working conditions for the fully mechanized roadheaders were high.There were many factors affected to the heading rate and the economic benefits of the construction projects were affected greatly.The tracing investigations were conducted on the machine digging projects of the nine project departments of China Coal No.5 Construction Company Limited.An analysis was conducted on the cutting picks,major components and material consumptions,hydraulic oil consumptions,heading rate and other data of the fully mechanized roadheader.The main problems existed in the application of the fully mechanized roadheaders were found,the causes of the problems were analyzed and the accesses to be improved were provided.
