摘要
以尿素/硝酸镁为复配增塑剂,采用溶液共混及流延成膜法制备了复配增塑剂改性的聚乙烯醇(P V A)膜。采用F T I R、D S C、T G A、X R D和拉伸测试考察了增塑改性P V A膜的结构、热性能、结晶性能和力学性能。研究结果表明,尿素/硝酸镁复合增塑剂能破坏P V A分子内和分子间的氢键,降低P V A的结晶度和熔点,对P V A的增塑效果显著。增塑改性后的P V A膜的拉伸强度,断裂伸长率提高,在水中的溶胀率(D S)下降,溶失率(S)增加。
The modified PVA films were obtained by casting method using urea/magnesium nitrate as a mixed plasticizer. The interaction between urea/magnesium nitrate and PVA was studied by FTIR spectra. The properties of urea/magnesiumnitrate plasticized PVA films were investigated by DSC, TGA, XRD and tensile property testing. The results indicated that the hydrogen bonding in PVA films was formed by the addition of urea/magnesium nitrate. The crystalline of PVA was destroyed and the degree of crystallinity was reduced. The melting points of PVA films were reduced. The degree of swelling and tensile strength of modified PVA films decrease, but solubility and elongation at break increase..
