摘要
通过在哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司10MW燃烧试验台,对准东煤从锅炉主燃烧区域至炉膛出口前,采用布置硅碳棒计算Sc值对其结渣特性进行评价;同时在炉膛出口处布置试样管进行沾污特性试验。通过扫描电子显微形貌成分的方法对灰渣样进行研究分析,研究结果可为燃用准东煤锅炉设计提供参考。
Through 10MW combustion test rig of Harbin Boiler Company Co Ltd, the slagging property of Zhundong coal is evaluated in different regions which are from main combustion zone to furnace exit zone by the eaculation of slagging index Sc. In addition, the fouling characteristics of Zhundong coal is studied by arranging tube at furnace outlet. The samples at furnace outlet are researched by SEM-EDS( Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive Spectrometer). The results can provide references for boilers of Zhundong coal design.
