Discussion on the Measurement Method of CO_2 Emissions on Coal-fired Power Plant

习近平主席提出的"一带一路"宏伟战略构想要求中国电站设备制造企业走出国门,《巴黎协定》对温室气体排放提出了要求,因此需要我们研究和探讨合理、准确的二氧化碳排放计量方法。本文提出、分析、比较了三种燃煤电厂二氧化碳排放计量方法,并对工程上根据不同情况采用的计量方法给出建议。

President XiJinping proposed the ＂The Belt and Road＂ grand strategy, which requires China power plant equipment manufacturing enterprises to go abroad, the ＂Paris agreement＂ put for- ward the requirements on greenhouse gas emissions, so we need to study and explore the CO2 emis- sions measurement method, that is reasonable and accurate. This paper presents, analyzes and com- pares the measurement methods of CO2 emissions on three kinds of coal - fired power plant, and gives suggestions on the measurement methods using on engineering.
