摘要
本文介绍了一种检测加氢反应器底座装配尺寸的方法,根据加氢反应器中心轴线封闭这一结构的限制,特制定了相应的光学检测方法。利用搬站技术和稳定的光学极坐标测量方法中测量位置拟合和测量误差修正的检测方法,实现了检测加氢反应器底座装配尺寸精度要求高的目标。
This paper mainly introduces the method of checking the assembly dimension of the hydro- genation reactor base. Since the central axis of the hydrogenation reactor is always closed, this study designs a new optical detection method. By applying the moving station technology and the optical polar coordinates measurement of position fitting and error correction, this study achieved the goal of high precision assembly dimension of the hydrogenation reactor base.
