伊春国有林区生态文明建设实现路径研究

Ecological Civilization Realization Path of Yichun State-Owned Forest

以伊春国有林区为例,从政治、环境、经济、社会发展等方面分析了国有林区取得的成果,指出了在发展过程中环境恢复难,经济受到林木产业影响大,体制矛盾突出,生态社会建立困难大等问题,分析得出生态环境是影响生态文明建设的最大因素,探讨了从区域实际出发"发挥生态优势,经济转型建立新体系,构建生态社会氛围"的实现路径。

This thesis take Yichun state-owned forest as an example, it analyzes the achievements of state-owned forest from political, environmental, economic and social development. It points out that the environment in the developmental process, which is difficult to recover, the forest industry has a great influence on the economy, the contraction of the management system is still outstanding, the es- tablishment of ecological society is difficult, then it analyzes that ecological environment is the biggest factor affecting the construction of ecological civilization, and it discusses the realization path from three parts： ＂develop ecological advantages, create a new system in economic transition, establish the ecological social atmosphere＂.
