生态林业合作社对农户获取金融服务的作用机制研究——以江西“昌铜四县”为例

Ecological Forestry Cooperatives Analysis of the Effect Mechanism for Farmers' Access to High Quality Financial Services——Taking“Changtong four counties in Jiangxi province”as an example

通过对江西省生态文明先行示范区项目试点的靖安、奉新、铜鼓、宜丰四县的实地调研,并建构SEM模型,探究生态林业合作社有序发展对改善金融服务的作用机制,结果表明:农户参加林业合作社可以改善自身获得的金融服务质量;林业合作社的内外生影响因素、入社农户体验、金融服务质量之间存在显著的多阶逻辑关系;林业合作社的内生影响因素与外生影响因素互为影响,并显著影响入社农户体验,外生影响因素与入社农户体验对金融服务质量有显著的直接影响;内外生影响因素通过入社农户体验间接显著影响金融服务质量。因此,提出支持并规范生态林业合作社发展、推进林权抵押贷款试点进程、探索农林产业链融资渠道、充分利用"移动互联"和"大数据"完善社会信用系统建设等建议。

Through the field research of counties including Jingan, Fengxin, Tonggu, and Yifeng, which are included in the first model district project of Jiangxi Province ecological civilization pilot, we structured SEM model to explore the effect mechanism of the orderly development of ecological forestry cooperatives on improving financial services. Results showed that, farmers＇ articipation in forestry co- operatives can improve the financial service quality ; in forestry cooperatives, multiple order logic rela- tion exists among endogenous and exogenous factors, participating-farmers＇ experience and financial service quality; endogenous factors and exogenous factors of forestry cooperative influenced each other and significantly affected the farmers＇ experience; exogenous factors and participating-farmers＇ experi- ence has a significant direct impact on the quality of financial services ; endogenous and exogenous fac- tors significantly affected financial service quality indirectly through participating-farmers＇ experience. Based on the study and we put forward to supporting and regulating the development of ecological for- estry cooperative, to promote the process of forest right mortgage pilot, to explore the industrial chain of agriculture and forestry financing, and to make full use of the Internet and Big Data to built a better social credit system construction.
