贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变疗效观察

Observation about Curative Effect of Beraprost Sodium Combined with Mecobalamin on Cardiac Autonomic Neuropathy in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病并心脏自主神经病变的疗效和安全性。方法:选择糖尿病并心脏自主神经病变住院患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均接受降糖治疗。在此基础上,观察组患者予贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗。共治疗12周。治疗前后检查两组患者24h动态心电图,采用动态心电图和心率变异性分析软件分析,包括时域分析和频域分析;检测受试者正中神经传导速度。比较两组疗效及药品不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组患者心脏自主神经功能均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);且观察组各项指标均明显优于较对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后心脏自主神经功能自觉症状评分明显降低(P<0.05);且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为85.0%,明显高于对照组的45.0%(P<0.05)。结论:甲钻胺联合贝前列素钠治疗心脏自主神经病变疗效肯定,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safetyof beraprost sodium combined with methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic patients complicated with cardiac autonomic neuropathy.Methods：120 cases of diabetes patients complicated with cardiac autonomic neuropathy were divided into two groups randomly.The patients of two groups were treated with hypoglycemic.The observation group were assigned to accept beraprost sodium combined with mecobalamin for 12 weeks,while the control group were treated only with placebo.The patients of two groups received 24 hours of dynamic ECG before and after treatment.Dynamic ECG and heart rate variability analysis software were used to analyze the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis.The median nerve conduction velocity was tested.The efficacy and adverse drug reactions between the two groups were compared.Results：After the treatment,the cardiac autonomic nervous function in both two groups were significantly improved than before（P 〈0.05）;The indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The scores of subjective symptom signicantly decreased after the treatment（P 〈0.05）,which was better than the control group（P 〈0.05）.The total efficiency of observation group was85.0%,which was significantly higher than the control group＇s 45.0%（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of the combination of the amine and the sodium in the treatment of cardiac autonomic neuropathy was better.Its security was good,and it was worth popularizing and applying.
