摘要
旋转轴系在运转过程中会产生扭转变形,由于其转动特性使得扭力不便监测,为此提出了一种全新的应力应变测试方法。介绍了该测试方法的原理,并进行了详细推导,同时依据推导过程开发了旋转轴系的应力应变监测系统。最后,通过试验测试,初步验证了该应力应变测试方法的可行性。
Rotating shaft will produce torsional deformation during operation,because of its rotation characteristic make torque can not be monitored convenient,therefore a new stress-strain testing methods is proposed.By introducing the principle of the test method,and carried out a detailed algorithm,while developed the stress-strain monitoring system based on the algorithm of the rotation shaft.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by the test.
