摘要
制造环境中的约束知识不能充分融合到设计知识中,也不能给产品设计者合理的反馈意见。为了解决这一问题,提出了基于本体的考虑可制造性的产品设计框架,融合设计知识和制造知识,并能获得制造过程中约束知识的反馈。这个模型分为基础层、领域层和实例层,采用OWL语言构建结构化的设计和制造知识,采用SWRL语言去构建制造过程中的约束知识。最后通过一个轴承座设计案例验证了提出的框架。
The constraints in manufacture environment cannot be properly fitted into the design knowledge,nor provides product designers the feedback with valuable advices.To fill these research gaps,this paper proposes an ontology-based product design framework for manufacturability verification to support interoperable design knowledge and manufacturing knowledge,particularly,to obtain feedback of restraint from manufacturing process.The framework consists of three major components:a foundation layer,a domain layer and an instance layer.We use OWL to formalize design and manufacturing knowledge,and use SWRL to formalize manufacturing constrains.A case study of bearing support demonstrates this framework is practical.
