摘要
卫生陶瓷生产过程中需要消耗大量能源,为研究卫生陶瓷生产过程能效水平,先对陶瓷生产工艺链进行分析,通过分析陶瓷生产过程的物料能源流,建立了陶瓷生产工艺链输入输出模型。然后选取合理的能效评价指标,建立陶瓷生产工艺链能效评估模型,最后选取某陶瓷企业为案例进行能效分析。
Sanitary ceramics production need to consume a large amount of energy,the study of sanitary ceramics production process efficiency level,This article mainly of ceramic production process chain analysis.Through the process of ceramic production of material and energy flow analysis,ceramic process chain of the input and output model is established,finally select reasonable efficiency evaluation index,the establishment of the process chain of energy efficiency assessment model,Finally select a ceramic enterprise as the case for energy efficiency analysis.
