输电线路标准规范关于风灾的条文适应性研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来世界各地灾害性气象增多,尤其是大风天气,对人类生活和工农业生产造成巨大损失。电力是国民经济的动脉,而输电线路点多面广,又长期暴露在旷野中,风灾的频频发生会造成输电线路机械过载、风偏跳闸、污闪等灾害。该文将综合典型风灾事故分析,通过剖析核心设计标准条款适应性及工程相关措施的有效性,给出对标准进一步研究和修订的合理建议。 In recent years,there are more and more disaster weathers in the world,especially the windy weather,which caused huge losses to human life,industrial and agricultural production.Power system is the artery of the national economy,however,the transmission line has a very wide distribution and has long-term exposure in the wilderness,the frequent windstorm disaster will lead to mechanical overload,trip caused by windage yaw,pollution flashover of transmission line,etc.In this paper,based on the analysis of typical accidents caused by windstorms,and through the analysis of the adaptability of the core design standard provisions and the effectiveness of engineering measures,reasonable suggestions are given for further studying and revising the standard.
