PMU装置次同步振荡监测功能扩展的标准讨论 被引量:7

摘要 同步相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)因其量测具有同步性与快速性的优势,成为电力系统动态过程监测的重要技术手段。然而,近年来随着新能源集中并网以及高压直流输电工程的大量投运,电力系统逐渐呈现出电力电子化特征,系统机理特征、动态过程发生了改变。其中,新能源场站附近出现的大量间谐波及其大范围的传播已成为严重影响电网安全的一个问题。这对PMU的量测提出了新的要求与挑战。针对这一问题,对PMU监测功能进行挖掘,对风电次同步振荡产生的秒级运行信息进行分析,提出PMU装置次同步振荡监测功能扩展方案,完善PMU装置的监测功能,扩充PMU装置在电力系统中的深化,制定PMU次同步振荡监测功能的检测方案与评估方法,旨在为基于PMU的间谐波准确监测提供基础。 The advantages of synchronism and high reporting rate of phasor measurement units(PMUs) result in an added impetus to its increasingly wide area deployment in dynamic security monitoring and control as a phasor data source.However,with the centralized grid connection of new energy source and the operation of a large number of HVDC transmission project in recent years,the power system has shown the characteristics of power electronic as the mechanism and the dynamic process of the power system has changed.And a large number of inter-harmonics which operates near the new energy source station and transmits in a large area has become a serious problem threatening the operating security of the power system.This presents new demands and challenges to the measurement of PMUs.This paper expands the monitoring function of PMUs to analyze the signals in seconds' level caused by the wind power subsynchronous oscillation.The related expansion method is proposed,which improves the monitoring function and applications of PMUs in power system.On the basis of theoretical derivation,the detection scheme and evaluation method of subsynchronous oscillation monitoring function on PMUs are established.And it provides the foundation for accurately monitoring the inter-harmonics with PMUs.
