摘要 本文分析本科院校"经济法"课程教学中存在的现实困境:课程目标与教材内容的矛盾、教材内容容量与课时分配的矛盾、理论教学与案例教学的矛盾、不同教学对象与课程内容的矛盾、教师知识素质与经济法内容矛盾、课程考核方式与学习成效的矛盾。提出以经济法应用为主旨,结合教学实践,明确教学目标、教师岗位管理标准化、教材选用标准化、教学方式标准化、案例选用标准化、教学考核管理标准化等互动模式,为本科院校"经济法"课程教学中运用标准化提供参考与借鉴。 In this paper, we analyzed the practical diffi culties in teaching undergraduates the course of "economic law" in colleges or universities, including the contradiction between the course objective and the teaching material, the contradiction between the capacity of teaching material and the class hour, the contradiction between theory teaching and case teaching, the contradiction between teaching objects and course contents, the contradiction between the quality of teachers' knowledge and the content course of "economic law", the contradiction between the way for course assessment and learning results. In order to provide little hindsight in standardization of teaching "economic law", we herein bring forward a claim that we should clear teaching goal as well as standardize the management of teaching jobs, the teaching materials, teaching methods, the case selection, and the management of teaching assessment.
