基于斯特林机汽车辅助散热装置效益分析

摘要 为解决汽车长途行驶过程中的散热问题,文中提出一种基于斯特林机的汽车发动机辅助散热装置。该装置能够有效利用发动机产生的废热驱动斯特林机,将原来由汽车蓄电池驱动的冷却液循环泵与散热风扇改为由斯特林机驱动,并对散热部件进行改造,有效提高换热系数,降低冷却液温度,保证发动机安全运行。文中根据实际情况,建立模型,进行理论计算,得出斯特林机输出轴功约为200 W,足以带动冷却液循环泵与散热风扇。并分析改造后所带来的环境效益,与经济效益,得出该每辆汽车每年可少用64.86 L汽油。1.39年后可回收改造成本,具有良好的经济效益。 In order to solve the problem of the automobile engine cooling during the long distance travel,a car engine auxiliary device based on Stirling engine was designed. Stirling engine was driven by the automobile engine waste heat,and the power driving the pump and fan was transformed from battery to Stirling engine. Besides the heat exchanger was transformed,heat transfer coefficient improved,temperature of coolant decreased to protect the engine. Theoretical model was built according to the actual situation. The output power of Stirling engine was about 200 W and it was enough to drive the pump and fan. Economic and environment benefits were calculated,and it is concluded that 64. 86 L gasoline can be decreased for each car per year. And transformation cost can be recovered in 1. 39 years.
