Discussion about the Work of Quality and Standard

本文介绍了当前中国软包装行业的质量状况，提出在制定国家标准或者行业标准时，应在考虑行业大多数企业的现实情况的基础上，将5％～10％的后进企业的产品，拦在标准之外，这样才能真正起到标准的作用，提升整个行业的质量水平。

This paper describes about the product quality situation of flexible packaging industry in China, and it also points out that when determined the national standard or packaging standard, the actual situations of most of the enterprises in packaging should be basically considered, and the 5%-10% products of the new packaging enterprises should be excluded of the standard, which can truly play the role of the standard, as well reaching the product quality promotion of the whole industry.
