基于数据挖掘系统对良性前列腺增生的中医用药规律及治疗思路探究

Research ontraditional Chinese medicine in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia based on data mining system

目的:总结、分析良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的中医用药规律及治疗思路。方法:应用CNKI中文期刊全文数据库检索1995年1月1日至2015年1月31日期间,公开发表的所有中医药治疗良性前列腺增生症相关文献,利用《中国中医科学院西苑医院科研病例采集系统》、《名老中医学术思想挖掘平台》进行数据挖掘和统计学处理。关联分析最小支持度>0.14的进行研究与分析。结果:通过对最终纳入的137篇文献分析所得,最常见的6种证型为肾虚血瘀型、肾阳衰微型、脾气虚弱型、湿热瘀滞型、湿热内蕴型、阴虚火旺型;最常用药物种类为茯苓、车前子、泽泻、王不留行等为代表的利水渗湿药,其次为熟地、牛膝、山药、黄芪等为代表的益气养阴药,以及当归、桃仁、穿山甲、丹皮、桂枝等为代表的活血化瘀药;常用药对以泽泻与丹皮、黄柏与知母、莪术与三棱、淫羊藿与巴戟天、黄芪与党参为代表的补泻相兼、滋阴降火、活血化瘀、益肾壮阳等相须相使的经典药对。结论:经过以上数据挖掘分析得到的证型、药物、药对综合分析后得出,治疗BPH大多从清热利湿、活血化瘀、补肾助阳三方面着手;其分析结果具有合理的理论依据,对临床治疗BPH有一定的实用价值。

Objectives： To sum up and analyze the regularity and treatment thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH）. Methods： All the Chinese Journal Full- text Database of CNKI,2015- 01- 31 and 1995- 01- 01 were searched for related literature of TCM treatment for BPH. Articles with the minimum support degree of correlation analysis 〉0. 14 were analyzed. Results： According to the 137 articles included,the 6 most common types of syndrome included kidney deficiency and blood stasis,kidney failure,deficiency of spleen and qi,dampness- heat stagnancy,damp- hot and humid,and fire excess from yin deficiency type. The most common used drugs included poria cocos,semen plantaginis,alisma,and the seed of cowherb,followed by radix rehmanniae,radix,astragalus,Chinese yam as the representative of Tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin,and angelica,peach seed,pangolin,paeonol,Guizhi as the representative of the blood stasis; classic drugs commonly used on the rhizoma alismatis and paeonol,Anemarrhena,phellodendron bark and Rhizoma Curcumae and purging up triangular,Epimedium and Morinda officinalis,Astragalus and Codonopsis as the representative of the combination,nourishing yin and activating blood and tonifying the kidney yang and so on. Conclusion： According to the above data mining analysis,the treatment of BPH were mostly from three aspects of heat and dampness,blood stasis and tonifying kidney,which has certain practical value for the clinical treatment of BPH by providing theoretical basis.
