社区老年脑卒中患者生存质量及其影响因素的研究

The status and influencing factors of quality of life among elderly patients with stroke in community

目的对社区老年脑卒中患者的生存质量及其影响因素进行调查和分析。方法采用一般资料调查表和脑卒中专门生存质量量表对130例社区老年脑卒中患者的生存质量进行调查分析。结果社区老年脑卒中患者卒中专门生存质量量表总分为(168.58±34.84)分,高于中值。性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、月收入、照顾者等对患者生存质量有影响,共同解释社区老年脑卒中患者生存质量总分的73.7%。结论社区护理人员应加强对女性、80岁以上、文化程度较低、经济收入差、无配偶、无亲人照顾的老年脑卒中患者的支持和照护,从而提高该类群体在社区康复中的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of quality of life among elderly patients with stroke in community. Methods Total- ly,130 elderly patients with stroke in community were surveyed by general information questionnaire and stroke- specific quality of life scale （SS -QOL）. Results The average stroke - specific quality of life score of elderly stroke patients was （ 168.58 ± 34.84 ） , which was higher than mid - value. Gender, age, de- gree of education,marriage status,monthly income and earegivers were the influencing factors of quality of life,which could explain 73.7% of the patients＇score of quality of life. Conclusion The community nursing staff should pay more attention to the support and care of elderly female, over 80 years,low education,low income, matelass,without caregiver patients with stroke, thus to improve their quality of life.
