临床护士角色压力与社会支持的关系研究

Correlation research of role stress and social support of clinical nurses

目的探讨临床护士角色压力与社会支持的关系,为护理管理提供依据。方法采用角色压力量表和社会支持量表对182名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士角色压力量表总分为(54.82±3.42)分,条目均分为(3.92±0.64)分,处于中度角色压力;临床护士社会支持评定量表总分为(39.83±5.42)分,社会支持处于中等水平,社会支持与角色压力呈负相关性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论社会支持是临床护士角色压力的重要影响因素,提高社会支持水平有助于降低临床护士角色压力。

Objective To investigate the correlation of role stress and social support of clinical nurses,so as to provide basis for nursing management. Methods Totally, 182 clinical nurses were investigated with role stress scale （RSS） and social support rating scale （SSRS） . Results The total score of role stress scale in clinical nurses was （ 54.82 ±3.42 ）, the item average score was （ 3.92±0.64）, and the role stress was at medium degree. The total score of social support in clinical nurses was （ 39.83 ± 5.42 ） ,which was at medium level. The social support was negatively correlated with role stress（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Social support is an important influencing factor of role stress. The improvement of social support level is conducive to reduce role stress.
