先天性耳前瘘管感染期治疗方法的探讨

Methods to explore the treatment of congenital preauricular fistula infection period

目的探讨先天性耳前瘘管感染后手术治疗的疗效以明确更好的手术时机。方法收集2015年1月-2016年1月我院138例（138耳）先天性耳前瘘管感染者，分析手术时机及疗效。结果全部138例患者中，31例（31耳）感染控制期手术与107例（107耳）感染期手术相比，疗效无明显差异，控制感染后1、3、5及7天进行手术治疗，手术疗效无明显差异。结论早切除瘘管是治疗先天性耳前瘘管感染期最佳的治疗方案。

Objective The aim of this study was to to evaluate effectiveness of surgery in Treament of congenital preauricular fistula alert infection for clear the best timing of surgery. Methods Collecte 138 cases （138 ears） with congenital preauricular fistula infection in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016, then analyze the surgical timing and effectiveness. Results Compared 31 cases （31 ears） non-infection and 107 cases （107 ears） infection, the surgery effectiveness have no significant difference, the surgery given in one day, three days, five days, seven days after anti-infection treatment respectively, then show the surgery effectiveness have no significant difference. Conclusion The best treatment options is removal of fistula as soon as possible in the infection of congenital preauricular fistula.
