摘要
目的:探讨医护人员坚韧性素质与职业倦怠的关系,为改善医护人员的心理健康状况、提高其医疗服务水平提供一定的理论依据并制定相应的措施。方法:运用中国成年人坚韧人格量表以及职业倦怠量表对天津、山东、广东三地583名医疗卫生界人员进行调查研究,运用SPSS 13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:1医护人员的职业倦怠总体水平和坚韧性素质在年龄、职称等人口学特征上差异显著(P<0.05);2医护人员的职业倦怠与坚韧性素质之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.462,P<0.01),与坚韧性素质的韧性、控制、投入、挑战4个维度之间也存在显著负相关(r=-0.443,-0.391,-0.484,-0.274;P<0.01);3逐步回归分析显示,影响医护人员职业倦怠的素质因素有投入、韧性因子和职称因素。结论:医护人员的坚韧性素质水平越高则其职业倦怠水平越低。
Objective:To explore the relationship between hardiness quality and burnout of medical staffs,to improve the mental health of the medical staff and their level of medical services,to provide theoretical basis and develop appropriate measures.Methods:A total of 583 medical staffs from Tianjin,Shandong and Guangzhou were assessed by Chinese adults hardiness personality scales and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI-GS),and the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results:①The overall level of burnout and hardiness quality of medical staffs had significant differences in age,occupation(P〈0.05);② There was significantly negative correlation between job burnout and hardiness quality of medical staff(r=-0.462,P〈0.01),there were also significantly negative correlations between job burnout and toughness,control,investment,challenges of hardiness quality(r=-0.443,-0.391,-0.4 84,-0.274;P〈0.01);③ Stepwise regression analysis results showed that:Factors affecting burnout of the medical staffs had input,toughness and titles.Conclusion:The higher level of the hardiness quality the medical staffs have,the lower level of their job burnout is.
