摘要
因为对发展和增长这两个概念理解的偏差,我国在改革开放后虽取得巨大的经济和社会建设成就,但也付出了沉重的资源和环境代价。通过使用"生态经济学"这一工具重新分析经济社会发展和资源环境的关系,得出了当前党中央和国务院提出"五大发展理念",特别是绿色发展的正确性和必要性,并论证了五大发展理念是可持续发展理论的基础。
Since there is a misunderstanding to the concepts of ＂growth＂and ＂development＂,therefore although China has made great achievements in social and economic constructions, but paid even greater resource and environmental costs.Through employing ＂ecological economics ＂ as a new tool to reanalyze the relationship between social and economic developments,the environment and natural resources. It is concluded that the Communist Part of China and the central government have made a proper and necessary forward step for China＇s future development by proposing＂the five key principles of development＂,in particular green development. Furthermore the paper regards that the principles are the foundation of the theory of sustainable envelopment.
