农村生态环境保护工作存在问题及对策—以大庆市为例

The Rural Ecological Environment Protection Problems and Countermeasures: A Case Study of Daqing

"十二五"期间伴随着大庆市生态市建设工作的全面启动和有序推进,大庆市农村生态环境保护工作全面展开,并取得阶段性成果。但是由于受到长期以来形成的生产生活习惯、思想意识以及经济发展的制约,大庆市农村地区生态环境污染防治工作还处在相对比较落后的状态,有待进一步改善。"十三五"是建成小康社会的决战决胜时期,农村是重中之重,本文在介绍大庆市农村生态环境保护工作现状的同时,提出存在的问题,并给出相应的治理措施,以期为改善大庆市农村生态环境、推进"十三五"农村生态文明建设提供参考。

During＂The 12 th Five-Year＂,along with fully start and orderly advance of eco-city establishing in Daqing,our city rural ecological environment protection work is in full swing and achieving results in this stage. However,due to the long production life of the formation of habits,ideology and economic development constraints,our city rural ecological environment pollution prevention and control work is still in its relative backward state which needs to be further improved. ＂The 13 th Five-Year＂is the decisive stage in finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and countryside should be given primary importance among priorities,the article introduced the present situation of rural ecological environment protection work in Daqing city,put forward existing problems and countermeasures. It is wished that it would be provided references for the comprehensive improvement of our rural ecological environment and ＂The 13 th Five-Year＂rural ecological civilization construction in Daqing city.
