摘要
目的检测CD105和Ki67在人卵巢癌细胞中的表达情况及确定其表达部位。方法采用Western blot筛选出6种人卵巢癌细胞系中CD105和Ki67均高表达的细胞系;并用免疫荧光染色法明确CD105和Ki67在细胞内的表达部位。结果CD105和Ki67在人卵巢癌OVCAR3细胞中均高表达;CD105主要表达于OVCAR3细胞的细胞质和细胞膜,Ki67主要表达于OVCAR3细胞的细胞核。结论人卵巢癌OVCAR3细胞中CD105和ki67均呈高表达,CD105定位于细胞质和细胞膜,ki67定位于细胞核,为进一步研究CD105和ki67在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用机制奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the expressions of CD105 and ki67 in human ovarian cancer OVCAR3 cell lines and their location.Methods Cell lines with high expressions of CD105 and Ki67 were screened with Western blot from six human ovarian cancer cell lines.Immunofluorescene labelling assay was employed to investigate the location of CD105 and ki67 protein in OVCAR3 ovarian cancer cell lines. Results CD105 and Ki67 were both highly expressed in OVCAR3 cells lines. CD105 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and cell membrane,while Ki67 was mainly expressed in the nucleus. Conclusion CD105 and ki67 are highly expressed in human ovarian cancer OVCAR3 cell lines. CD105 is located in the cytoplasm and cell membrane,while Ki67 is located in the nucleus,which lay the foundation for the mechanism study of CD105 and ki67 in the development of human ovarian cancer.
