摘要
介绍了制革污泥资源化处理的工艺流程 ,并用试验考察了各工序的技术指标。结果表明 :制革污泥经焚化处理后其质量和体积均减少为原来的 15 %左右 ,经过化学处理后铬灰分的溶解液中 ,总铬浓度从38.8g/ L左右降到 1.2 8mg/ L ,其回收率几乎达到 10 0 % ,工艺过程中产生的废水和废渣均可达标排放。
Chemical treatment were papered by physical and chemical precipitation separation. Research on the recovery method of the chromium(Ⅲ) in the dissolve liquid after the tannery sludge has been incinerated on the deposits, as well as various influence factors including pH, interfering ion and reductant dosage. The results indicate that the weight and volume of the tannery sludge reduced to the 15% of that before incinerated. And, excellent recovery rate can be obtained with an application range of pH valve. Nearly 100% of the chromium(Ⅲ) in the dissolve liquid are removed by precipitation separation. And the secondary pollution are not incident. Consequently, this recovery method will be widely applied to the tannery sludge treatment in the leather industry.
