文章在理论研究和实证分析的基础上,归纳总结出供给侧视阈下高职院校专业建设的十一个核心要素,同时系统分析了各要素和专业建设与提升学校教育质量、教育供给、教育创新等几方面能力和水平的关系;论述了供给侧视阈下专业建设应遵循的问题导向原则,提出要精细分析自身现状,找准问题精准施策,补齐专业建设短板提升专业建设质量的方法;阐述了学校如何通过专业建设实施创新的、高效的、精准的教育供给,主动提升人才培养质量即实施供给侧结构改革的途径和方法,给出了供给侧视阈下高职院校只有通过高质量的专业建设方可打造学校发展的新动力和特色的结论。
